PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To attempt remote control of output of voice, a light sign and an image massage for guidance of a customer, in a financial bank or the like. SOLUTION: In the financial bank 20, a loudspeaker 50, a light sign indicator 60, a display 40, and so the like are equipped and connected to the control device 100. The control device 100 is connected to a center 10 side via a modem 90 and a public line N1 to receive a message or an instruction from the center 10 side. When a sensor 70 and/or a door switch 80 senses a customer, the control device 100 outputs a message previously stored. The control device 100 outputs a message, in accordance with the instruction of an instruction information file added to a top of message data transmitted from the center 10 side. |
