SOLUTION: In the case that a product having a filter cartridge using a ceramic part is sold to a user 20 by a salesman 10 in accordance with an order from the user 20, the replacement time of the filter cartridge is indicated through a network 100 to the user 20 by the salesman 10 based on customer information made by the salesman 10, the filter cartridge is replaced in accordance with this indication, additionally the replaced used filter cartridge is recycled.
