PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a small and flat shield device of a module while a manufacturing process is low-cost. SOLUTION: A shield device for a module is provided which covers an electronic part, mounted on an electronic circuit board, with a shield case. Here, there are provided positioning projections formed at both ends of the shield case, notches formed at positions corresponding to the positioning projections of the electronic circuit board, the positioning projections are inserted, and a pad for soldering the shield case which is provided on the electronic circuit board and surface-mounts the shield case on the electronic circuit board.
