<p>Information on request to set a function of the communication terminal (10), information on an input method identification code corresponding to the type of the communication terminal (10) and to the type of the input medium and information on the address unique thereto are transmitted to a setting support center (20) capable of communicating information with a communication terminal (10) , via a setting information input medium (30) having an input area of the information. The setting support center (20) generates setting information on the basis of the information on input method identification code, the information on request for setting, input method information indicative of the correspondence between the input positions of the information pre-stored and the associated information, and the information for setting corresponding to the communication terminal (10), and then transmits the generated setting information to the communication terminal (10). The communication terminal stores the setting information for registration. An operation support apparatus (40) where the function of the communication terminal (10) is stored, and an operation support apparatus (40) for setting the setting information transferred from the operation support apparatus (40) in the communication terminal (10) are provided in the support system.</p> |
