A tubular guide (5,6) carries a guide-spreader (20) which contains several fixture wires (31,32). The spreader has a cylindrical body with holes (21) in a lengthwise direction and eccentrically arranged. The end parts (22) run parallel with the axis of the guide-spreader, apart from at least one non-parallel hole (23). The guide-spreader has a flange (24) fitting into grooves in the tubular-guide's semi-coques which are held together by a clamping ring (1) and clamping sleeve (2).
