PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mediation sale system complying with a customer's abstract purchase request which does not include a concrete article name and specifies the purpose of a purchase. SOLUTION: An article provider registers article information on a sale mediating server 3 through a communication network 5 by using an article provider terminal 4. A consumer when having a purchase request which is in vague expression like 'To enrich holiday life' and includes no concrete article name and specifies the purpose of a purchase registers the purchase request on the sale mediating server 3 by using a request information processing means 322 by using a consumers terminal 1. A mediator retrieves request information and article information registered on the sale mediating server 3 by using a mediator terminal 2 and sends a letter of introduction including an advice and an article list complying with the request through the sale mediating server 3 to the consumer. The consumer refers to the letter of introduction and orders an article to the article provider through the sale mediating server 3. When the dealing is completed, the mediator is given a reward. |
