PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electromagnetic clutch capable of preventing the magnetic short in a double flux-type armature plate, and improving the torque transmitting efficiency by effectively utilizing the magnetic force. SOLUTION: Plural caulking rivets 50 are mounted between an inside cylindrical side of an outer peripheral ring 34a and an outer peripheral side of an inner peripheral ring 34b. The caulking rivets 50 are caulked to integrate the outer peripheral ring 34a and the inner peripheral ring 34b. Here, the caulking rivets 50 are preferably made of a non-magnetic material.
