PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve sealing performance of a gasket in a rocker cover installation structure tightened by a bolt to a cylinder head through the gasket. SOLUTION: Presser parts 6 and 7 for regulating deformation of the gasket 20 following tightening of the bolt 10 are provided on a rocker cover 1, and on a boss part 22 of a bolt insertion hole 21 positioned at a corner part of the gasket 20, a protrusion 26 to be applied to it is formed between that and the presser part 7 of the rocker cover 1.
