PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To communize information among medical institutions to solve problems that reduction of national medical expenses is tackled as an important political task of the nation and promotion of functional division and intensification of cooperation among hospitals and clinics are pursued as a means for that purpose at present by the Health and Welfare Ministry, however, a sufficient result has hardly be attained, and waste of medical expenses due to duplicated diagnoses, duplicated inspections, duplicated medications and inconsistent prescriptions by a plurality of medical institutions are performed and, as a result, taboo medication is performed and an accident that produces serious side effects to a patient is generated since sharing of the information among the medical institutions is not sufficiently attained. SOLUTION: This system conduces to solution of a national task as maintenance/promotion of health of the citizen and the reduction of the national medical expenses by facilitating communication of the information among the hospitals and clinics and enhancing treatment compliance of life-style related diseases, etc. |
