SOLUTION: A wind is discharged in the radial direction of a rotating shaft 9 by sucking an air from one axial direction of the rotating shaft 9 of an electric motor 1. A second side wall 47a of a casing 5 and opposed walls 37b in the axial direction of a blade support 37 of an impeller 3 are formed in a labyrinth structure 67 for preventing the entry of water from the outside in the radial direction of the rotating shaft into a space formed between a cup member 31 and a second side wall 47a. Drain through-holes 69a-69g are formed in the first and second side walls 45a, 47a.
