<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sale assisting method which enables a salesclerk to judge a way of properly contacting a store customer (whether the salesclerk can answer or not) without reading the customer's face. SOLUTION: Contact information stored on a membership card handed over to a store customer is read by a reader and according to the read contact information, how the salesclerk should contact the customer is determined.</p> |
