PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily and quickly form a three-dimensional stamp work having loops and tassels even by an unskilled person. SOLUTION: An embroidery yarn 1 having a prescribed length is wound plural times at a prescribed diameter to form a wound bundle 2. The wound bundle 2 is tied at nearly middle part to form a ribbon having loop groups 3, 3 at both ends. The loop groups 3, 3 formed at both ends are folded one upon another using the tied part as the center to form an embroidered material 4. The folded part of the embroidered material 4 is sewn to a base cloth 5 with a fastening yarn 6 and the folded part 41 is covered by stitching together with the fastening yarn 6 with another embroidery yarn 31. As necessary, the loops are cut to form a tuft.
