PURPOSE: A device for opening and closing a door of a car of a train by using a hydraulic pressure is provided to surely open and close a door of a train car, to reduce the weight of the train car, and to prevent deformation by completely locking the door. CONSTITUTION: A hydraulic pump(20) comprises a door opening pump(21) and a door closing pump(22) installed in one side of a car(1). A hydraulic cylinder(30) extends and shrinks when the hydraulic pump is operated. A first link(42) of a door opening and closing unit(40) is connected with a bracket(41) fixed in the train car to open a car door(10). A second link(43) is connected with the first link. A third link(44) is connected with the second link. A fourth link(46) is connected with the car door and a bracket(45). A hydraulic pipe connects the hydraulic pump with the hydraulic cylinder.
