PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an article selling data processing system capable of an illegal point steal action by an employee inside a store. SOLUTION: This system is formed to respond a point error to an inquiry source (terminal) without accumulating the point of this time when a host machine discriminates that an inquiry point card from the terminal is a card for a person in charge of the relevant terminal and to respond the latest cumulative point after the accumulation of the point of this time to the inquiry source (terminal) when it is discriminated that the point card is not the charge for person in charge. Further, the system is formed to write and store the latest cumulative point on a point card for member when each of terminals receives the response of the latest cumulative point from the host machine and to process the point error when the point error response is received from the host machine. |
