PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the mounting structure of an electronic apparatus, in which assembly can easily be performed, and high drop shock resistance is arranged. SOLUTION: A body is constituted of a front unit 5, a rear unit 1 and a bottom unit 13. The engaging pawl of the front unit and the rear unit is not bent, engagement length is sufficiently taken, they are slid/fixed and a body unit is completed. A bottom unit side is slid to a direction orthogonal to a sliding direction and the body unit is assembled. The lock of a rear case side and the law of a release side are engaged to a hole made in a bottom unit back. A space where an option unit is added is installed in the bottom unit in the correspondence of option.
