PURPOSE: Provided is a lift rotating-type parking facility wherein a platform to carry vehicles is moved up and down and rotated to direct toward proper parking room so that it helps to enter the vehicles more conveniently. CONSTITUTION: The lift rotating-type parking facility comprises the parts of: multiple parking floors which include a parking room to house multiple vehicles and form an escalator at the center; a main pillar which is placed vertically in the escalator of the parking floor; a supplementary pillar which is placed in a parallel to the main pillar; an upper and a lower saddle which are connected with the main and the supplementary pillar at upper and lower stage respectively; a platform(50) which is escalated between the main pillar and the supplementary pillar when vehicles are loaded; a trolley(60) which is bound with the platform to enter and take out the vehicles into the parking room; a lifting driving tool which lifts the platform in an axial direction of the main and the supplementary pillar; and a rotation driving tool(70) which rotates the main pillar, the supplementary pillar and the platform together.
