PURPOSE: An RF card reader is provided to realize an ISO(International Organization for Standardization)-14442 B type communication signal connection type among the communication signal connection type of the RF card. CONSTITUTION: The RF card reader comprises a transmission part(122) transmitting the data modulating a carrier wave to ASK(Amplitude Shift Keying) 10% to an RF card(110) through an antenna(121), a receiving part(123) receiving a BPSK(binary Phase Shift Keying) signal of the sub carrier wave received from the RF card through the antenna, a CPU, a memory storing a necessary data under a control of CPU and an I/O interface(126) interfacing the CPU with an outer computer(131) or outer device(132). The transmission part includes an oscillation part oscillating a carrier wave of 13.56MHz, a modulation part modulating a NRZ(Non Return to Zero) serial data transmitted to the RF card to the carrier wave with ASK 10%, a power amplifying part amplifying the modulated wave and a low pass filter filtering the power amplified signal.
