Method for display of information on a computer monitor in the form of information blocks. If an information block is treated as a contact surface or button then a switching process can be triggered when it is selected. The information blocks can be arranged in the form of pie diagrams or as spherical segments. The invention also relates to a computer program for processing and displaying information in which the information blocks are displayed as pie diagrams or spherical segments.
