PURPOSE: An adhesive resin composition for a complex material and a complex material containing the composition are provided, which composition acts as an adhesive between a blocking resin and another resin and as a protection layer of the blocking resin, and is applied to a car fuel tank or a food packing container. CONSTITUTION: The adhesive resin composition comprises 100 parts by weight of at least one thermoplastic resin selected from the group consisting of polyethylene, polypropylene, polystyrene, their copolymers, and ethylene-propylene-diene copolymer; 1.0-10 parts by weight of a reactive intermediate which is obtained by reacting 1 mol of at least one compound selected from cyclic aliphatic or aromatic diisocyanate compounds, with 0.8-1.2 mol of at least one compound selected from the compounds having a hydroxy group, a carboxy group, an amine group, an amide group, an urethane group or an urea group; and 0.01-1.0 parts by weight of a peroxide-based initiator. The complex material comprises the adhesive resin composition; and a blocking material selected from the group consisting of nylon, ethylene vinyl alcohol, poly(vinyl alcohol), polyester, polyurethane, metal, wood and glass.
