PURPOSE: A side displacement adjuster of a rear wheel suspension for a vehicle is provided to buffer impact and to eliminate unnecessary load applied to a spring bracket and a vehicle body by interlocking with a rear side displacement part in moving a front side displacement part, and to adjust side displacement of a rear wheel efficiently with modifying the structure of the side displacement parts. CONSTITUTION: A rear wheel suspension of a vehicle is composed of a frame(30) of a vehicle; a leaf spring combined with the frame to support the vehicle body and to absorb vibration and impact from the road surface; a front side displacement part combined with the front of the leaf spring, and interlocked with left and right displacement of the leaf spring; and a rear side displacement part having a shackle link(70), a spring bracket(60) and a rotating bracket(40), and interlocking with displacement of the leaf spring and movement of the front side displacement part. The shackle link is hinge-combined with the leaf spring, and is combined with the spring bracket by a shackle pin. The rotating bracket is fixed between the upper part of the spring bracket and the frame to turn the spring bracket. Load applied to the spring bracket and the vehicle body is eliminated with interlocking with the rear side displacement part in moving the front side displacement part, and side displacement is adjusted efficiently with modifying the structure of the side displacement parts.
