PURPOSE: A starting key inside/outside recognition system of a vehicle is provided, which prevents a failure due to a door lock when getting put of a car as leaving a starting key in the vehicle, by recognizing the existence of the starting key in the vehicle by installing a magnetic antenna in the inside of a door panel of the vehicle. CONSTITUTION: A micro computer(21) is installed in the inside of a starting key(20) starting an engine and opening/closing a door(10) of a vehicle. And a magnetic antenna(12) generating a magnetic field is installed in the inside of a panel(11) of the door. And a door lock(13) opens and closes the door by recognizing the location of the starting key in and out of the vehicle with the magnetic field generated from the magnetic antenna. The magnetic field is formed in the inside of the door from the magnetic antenna and is not formed in the outside of the panel by being shielded by the panel.
