WASTE GAS RECIRCULATION TYPE IRON ORE SINTERING APPARATUS AND METHOD THEREOF USING LIQUEFIED NATURAL GAS(LNG)

摘要

PURPOSE: A waste gas recirculation type iron ore sintering apparatus using liquefied natural gas(LNG) as subsidiary fuel is provided to reduce gaseous pollutants such as SOx, NOx etc. CONSTITUTION: In the waste gas recirculation type iron ore sintering machine(1-1) comprising sintering car(1-2) for charging raw materials into hopper, wind box(8) for sucking air required to sintering, main wind pipe(9) for sucked air through the wind box to electric precipitator(10), blended raw material containing 2.9-3.2% coke is ignited, and then LNG 1% is injected in air being supplied through wind box to sintered layer under 21-25% oxygen atmosphere.
