SUBSTANCE: the preparation is applied which contains cows' allogenic blood serum and, additionally, hydrochloride 1-(2- hydroxyethyl)-4.6-dimethyl-1.2- dihydropyrimidine-2-one at concentration of the latter being 48 g/l. Preparation stimulates natural resistance, develops efficient colostric immunity, increases preventive functions of mucous membranes in respiratory and digestive organs, reveals excellent antimicrobial properties. EFFECT: higher level of prophylaxis and improved curative efficiency incase of pneumoenteritis in calves due to increasing the values of safety and productivity in farm animals. 3 ex, 3 tbl
