PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a suspended ring 1 having a plurality of grips allowing selection of a grip suitable for a height of a person to prevent early fatigue of short people, women, old people and people with handicaps in the legs due to usage of a suspended ring of an electric railcar which is at a certain level from a floor face causing stretched arms, raised shoulders, and bent back muscles. SOLUTION: The suspended ring 1 suspended from a suspending belt 6 by a rotatable suspending shaft 5 is provided with grips 2 and 3 provided at a certain level from the floor face. The grips 2 and 3 are balanced by a weight 4 so as to maintain the same level from the floor face at respectively different dimensions from the suspending shaft 5. A position of the suspending shaft 5 is above a position connecting the grips 2 and 3 with a straight line. This suspended ring 1 provided with the plurality of grips comprises such a constitution.
