PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transfer device capable of driving a plurality of transfer bars by a single driving device. SOLUTION: Two rows of transfer lines 2A and 2B comprising a plurality of work handling stations 5 are provided parallel to each other, and transfer bars 3A and 3B are provided along the transfer lines 2A and 2B. The driving device 4 is provided on one end of either of the transfer bars 3A or 3B, and the other ends of the transfer bars 3A and 3B are connected to each other via a link 21. In transferring a work 8, and when one transfer bar 3A is moved in the predetermined direction by the driving device 4, the driving force is transmitted to the other transfer bar 3B via the link 21, and the transfer bar 3B is loved in the direction opposite to that of the transfer bar 3A.
