PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cutoff line processing blade assembly for processing a cut sheet having a cutoff line with excellent design in the cut edge when the sheet is cut off along the cutoff line and with excellent economy so as to process it at a low cost. SOLUTION: This cutoff line processing blade assembly and a cut sheet 21 having a cutoff line 20 are provided. A first cut row 3 in which a first cut part 3a and a first non-cut part 3B are alternately continued with each other and a second cut row 4 in which a second cut part 4A and a second non-cut part 4B are alternately continued with each other are provided parallel to each other at a fine distance 2c. The first cut part 3A and the second non-cut part 4B are faced to each other, and a break part 2D is formed along a direction perpendicular to the cut rows 3, 4.
