PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a filter for cleaning air which is made of a laminated sheet and has a large dust collecting capacity and a high collecting efficiency. SOLUTION: This filter for cleaning air comprises the sheet laminated with a nonwoven fabric made of ultrafine fibers which have an average fiber diameter of 0.5-25μm, a filling factor of 4-20% and Metsuke (unit weight) of 7-80 g/m2, and a fiber sheet which consists of three kinds of mixed fibers; (A) vinylon fiber of <3 denier 5-50 wt.%, (B) vinylon fiber a >=5 denier 5-50 wt.% and (C) polyester fiber of 1.5-15 denier 5-50 wt.% and has a packing ratio of 3-30% and unit weight of 40-110 g/m2.
