PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a foil transfer method, by which a foil is transferred without using heat in manufacturing seals, labels or the like. SOLUTION: An ultraviolet curing type sticking agent layer, with which a foil is transferred to a base material by a plate similarly with a printing ink, is printingly coated. The foil is laminated to the base material, onto which the ultraviolet curing type sticking agent layer is printingly coated, so as to transfer the foil portion corresponding to the ultraviolet curing type sticking agent layer not by applying with heat by only with pressure in order to continuously realize the printingly coating of the ultraviolet curing type sticking agent layer and the transferring of the foil in line at a certain speed for realizing a heat-free foil transfer method.
