PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hand-held power tool comprising a clamp system which has a compact structure and can be economically manufactured, and being easily applicable to a spot hard to be accessed. SOLUTION: This hand-held power tool comprises a circular tool 9 driven by a motor provided in a housing 1 through a shaft 19, a clamp system switched between a clamp position detachably clamping a tool 9 to the shaft 19 and a clamp releasing position releasing the clamping of the tool, and a safe member 7 displaced between a safe position accepting switching of the clamp system from the releasing position to the clamp position and an actuating position preventing the switching. In this invention, the tool 9 can be changed while a lock system attached to the housing is shape-connected with a structural member fixed on the shaft 19, when the safe member 7 is in the same position.
