PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To miniaturize and weight-lighten the planters to be fitted to a transparent and thin plate so that the plants in the planters may be enjoyed on the transparent and thin plate, as all over the transparent plate is well-lighted and kept the transparency well and green the transparent thin plate, as the strength of the transparent plate face is secured by reinforcing through-holes on the thin plate for fitting the planters to the transparent plate. SOLUTION: A flush hole 2 is bored on the face of a transparent and thin plate 1, a waterproof buffering material 3 is fatted and the bracket 6 for fixing the planter and for reinforcing the bored hole 2 is fixed and bonded via the adhesive 5 with the fitting flush bolt 4. The planter 7 that is made suitably fittable and exchangeable is mounted with a machine screw 8 on the plate, then artificial soil 11 and the plant are placed in the planter 7 and a plurality of planters are connected with a watering system 9, water is given to and excluded from the plants whereby the transparent and thin plate 1 is covered with the plants in the planters, as the functions of greening, well-lightening and transparency are secured.
