PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air cleaning filter excellent in an air cleaning function and a producing method thereof. SOLUTION: This air cleaning filter is produced by impregnating directly an air permeable material with a resin solution which contains a substance having photocatalytic activity.
