PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a game machine capable of reporting the case when a command sent from a game control means to a display control means cannot be received by the display control means and reliably preventing an erroneous report to stabilize a game operation. SOLUTION: In an initializing process executed immediately after a power supply is turned on, a display CPU first initializes a register and a RAM(random access memory) and waits for the reception of a special pattern power stoppage recovery display command from a main substrate while calling a command analyzing process. The display CPU starts to drive a drum motor for an initial display when the special pattern power stoppage recovery display command is received and also when a special pattern power-on display command is received. No error is reported when the special pattern power-on display command is received, however an error is reported when the special pattern power stoppage display command is received. |
