<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a PET bottle container wherein a change in pressure inside the PET bottle container can be absorbed only by performing slight processing to the container to support the change in internal pressure without large deformation of the container, and wherein the container can sufficiently stand a drop impact and is inexpensive. SOLUTION: The PET bottle container 1 is manufactured by extrusion-blow- molding a parison made of a polyethylene terephthalate(PET) comprising a barrel 6 with an approximately circular cross section and a base 2 equipped with a grounded portion 5. A flat plane 13 surrounded by a handle 9 with an approximately triangular cross section or a reinforcing rib groove 16 is provided on the PET bottle container wherein the handle 9 or the plane 13 deforms according to a pressure, thereby allowing a change in internal pressure to be controlled.</p> |
