PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an elastic wheel with bores the spring characteristic of a damper of which has directiveness. SOLUTION: The elastic wheel with the bores is constituted by opening a plural number of the bores 32 made of through holes roughly in parallel with a wheel shaft center on a rubber member by holding the rubber member 31 larger in width in comparison with thickness between a rim 10 and a disc 20. The spring characteristic of the rubber member 31 is regulated by selecting a shape and the number of the bores 32.
