PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a deadman switch reliably function in a teaching control panel having a plurality of applying parts for energizing the deadman switch. SOLUTION: This teaching control panel is provided with one deadman switch and a plurality of operating elements for independently energizing the deadman switch by receiving force from the outside by applying parts. The deadman switch is turned off in an unenergized, state of any applying part of the operating elements, it is turned on when the applying part of at least one operating element is energized by a first energizing force, and it is turned off when the applying part of at least one operating element is energized by a second energizing force larger than the first energizing force. In this stage, only after all applying parts of plural operating elements are once de-energized, the deadman switch is again turned on.
