METHOD FOR DRYING PAINTED MATTER AND DEVICE USING THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for drying a painted matter and a device using the same capable of conducting ideal drying so that nonuniformity of dryness of a thin film formed on the surface of a painted matter does not cause an easy occurrence. SOLUTION: The method for drying a painted matter is to dry the painted matter with hot air supplied to a drying chamber 10 by continuously conveying the painted matter that has been painted with a paint 2b to the drying chamber 10. The inner part of the drying chamber is divided into a plurality of area Z 11a, Z 11b and Z 11c along with the transferring direction of the painted matter where hot air is supplied to each of the area and the air within each of the area is exhausted. Each of the area is provided with a pressure sensor 23 to detect the pressure at each area. The painted matter is dried by controlling the pressure at each of the area while considering the balance between the hot air supply to and the exhaust amount discharged from each of the area based on the detected value of each pressure sensor.
