PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coffee brewer capable of providing good coffee to many people in a short time at reduced cost and being easy to handle. SOLUTION: The coffee brewer includes a brewer body 1, filter holders 2 to 4 provided on the brewer body, filter units 5 to 7 removably mounted on the filter holders for storing ground coffee, a hot water injection nozzle 8 positioned above the filter holders, and a nozzle drive mechanism 9 for driving the nozzle to turn it so that it injects hot water spirally into the ground coffee in the filter units. Each of the filter units consists of a bottomed, cylindrical filter case 38, and a filter body 28 made of paper which is removably mounted in the filter case for storing the ground coffee. |
