PURPOSE: A process for producing improved distilled liqueur is provided, thereby cheaply producing the distilled liqueur having an improved taste. CONSTITUTION: The process for producing improved distilled liqueur comprises the steps of: filtering the undiluted whisky having an alcohol content of 40 to 43%(v/v) at 0 to -10 deg.C; adding each activated carbon powder into each different alcohol content of soju having an alcohol content of 25 to 45%(v/v) in an amount of 0 to 2,000 ppm, storing them for 12 to 36 hours and filtering them; adding medicinal herb extract and mulberry extract into each soju and obtaining leachate; adding a precipitating agent into the leachate at low temperature, storing, and filtering it; and mixing the whisky, leachate and spirit, adding oligosaccharide and caramel into the mixture and blending it.
