PURPOSE: An artificial water grassy island is provided to adjoin a water grassy island to a riverside regardless of a change of water level and to save costs and efforts on re-installation by preventing the damage of a water grassy island by being submerged due to an inundation of a river. CONSTITUTION: An artificial water grassy island comprises a bearing member(20) installed to the upper and lower ends of a concrete block(100) installed to a riverside or the surface of the river, a guide wire(30) connected between bearing members(20), a ring(40) installed to be slid to the guide wire(30), and a connecting wire(50) connecting the ring(40) and a water grassy island(10).
