PURPOSE: To save energy for outputting a DC output voltage changed to a constant voltage from a switching power supply circuit which is adapted to a television receiver. CONSTITUTION: The power loss for providing constant DC output voltages E04 to E06 can be reduced by changing the DC output voltages E04 to E06 to constant voltages with active clamp circuits 6a to 6c, in order to obtain the DC output voltages E04 to E06 from an AC voltage generated in the secondary coil N5A of an insulated converter transformer PIT.
