PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent materials contained in an inductor and in another electronic element from mixing together by diffusion in a laminated composite electronic part with the inductor, and to restrain the laminated composite electronic part with the inductor from deteriorating in insulation properties. SOLUTION: A laminated composite electronic part manufacturing method includes a process in which a metal layer or a metal-containing layer is provided between the inductor and the other electronic element, a green sheet with a metal film or a metal-containing film is interposed between the green sheet laminates of the inductors and other electronic elements, and the green sheet laminates are baked.
