SAMPLING PROCESSOR AND IMAGING DEVICE USING THE PROCESSOR

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sampling processor of simple constitution that is suitable for digitization and forming of an IC and also to eliminate the harmful influences due to the digitization. SOLUTION: In the sampling processor, a sample and hold circuit 5 and an analog/digital converter 6 are provided and a latch circuit 7 is provided at the poststage of the converter 6. In the constitution of a correlative double sampling(CDS) circuit, for example, a 1st latch circuit 7a is placed at the poststage of the converter 6 with a 2nd latch circuit 7b placed at the poststage of the circuit 7a. Then the delay output signals passed through both circuits 7a and 7b are sent to a calculation part 8 where the subtraction is carried out between both signals and the data are outputted from a latch circuit 9.
