PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a physical condition abnormality detection/emergency communication device and a telephone device capable of automatic detection of the a physical condition abnormality and emergency communication, and usable as a telephone usually. SOLUTION: A wrist watch 10 can detect and transmit a pulse signal generated following a body movement of a person. An emergency button 1 is disposed on the wrist watch 10. A sound detected by a microphone 2 of the wrist watch 10 is transmitted to a mouthpiece 3B of a telephone 3 through a speaker 9. A judgment circuit 105 for judging the physical condition abnormality of a person based on the pulse signal transmitted from the wrist watch 10 is provided in a converter 20. A radio 30 has usually the function as a radio, and when the circuit is switched by an emergency signal or the like, a sound received from an earpiece 3A through a microphone 7 of the converter 20 is heard by the person from a speaker built-in the radio 30.
