PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a voice file function additional service method for a phone terminal that can add diversified voice file functions including a remote file operation even to a telephone set whose voice file function is not sufficient and to provide a service system and a server. SOLUTION: The voice file function additional service system is provided with a CTI(company telephony integration) system 20 where a phone terminal 10 connects with a phone line network 41 and a mobile packet communication network 42 and can record a voice for a speech as a voice file through the connection to the phone line network and with a Web system 30 that is connected to a data communication network to control a voice file in response to the operation from the mobile phone 10.
