SHIELDING TYPE MAGNETIC HEAD AND MAGNETIC REPRODUCING DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To constitute a shielding type high frequency impedance head as a high sensitive magnetic head canceling an impedance component which is not varied by a signal magnetic field and detecting only an impedance component which is varied by the signal magnetic field. SOLUTION: The shielding type magnetic head is so constituted that plural conductive magnetic films 1, 2, 3 and 4 extended in a direction parallel to a magnetic recording medium facing surface are disposed by arranging the magnetic films mutually at intervals in a direction perpendicular to the facing surface in a gap 7 which constitutes the shielding type magnetic head. A bridge circuit is formed by the four conductive magnetic films and a high frequency carrier signal is applied and the change of the impedance of a first conductive magnetic film 1 by the signal magnetic field of the magnetic recording medium is detected as the change of the high frequency carrier signal.
