Pagination method for dynamic volatile memory, DRAM, in which defective pages have their addresses changed so that they come at the end of the memory pages and do not come interrupt memory access processes

Method has the following steps: determination of whether memory defects exist in a memory page, reallocation of defective pages to create an associated registry table indicating the defective addresses and index the new addresses, processing of the page attributes to define the selection criteria that determine the operating modes of the memory pages in the registry table, creation of a rapid page search table and processing of the search and registry tables to replace the defective pages with good ones. An Independent claim is made for a DRAM structure comprises a series of memory pages or cells, a memory controller and static RAM in which the rapid search table is stored.
