PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cover mounting structure which can make the gap be tween a cover and a screw small or unobstrusive in case of a contraction of the cover by changes of surrounding environments. SOLUTION: This cover mounting structure of the cover 5 covers a main body 14 having screw receiver parts 1 on both end parts and is mounted with the screws 2 being fitted into the screw receiver parts 1. The screw 2 has a knob part 8 and a thread part 9, and the cover 5 has through hole parts 11 through which the thread parts 9 penetrate where the knob parts 8 are engageable at the both end parts opposing to the screw receiver parts 1, and a concave housing part 12 which houses the knob part 8 taking this through hole part 11 as a bottom part, and a clearance is formed between the screw receiver part 1 of the main body 14 and the through hole part 11.
