PURPOSE: A current control system of an actuator for a magnetic bearing is provided to stabilize a system by compensating for an electric feature of the actuator and improve a dynamic characteristic. CONSTITUTION: A current control system of an actuator for a magnetic bearing includes a transfer characteristic section(21) of proportion, integral, and differential controls, a transfer gain section(23) of a power amplifier, a conversion characteristic section of an actuator, and a conversion gain section of a displacement sensor. An actuator compensator(22) is installed between the transfer characteristic section(21) of proportion, integral, and differential controls and the transfer gain section(23) of a power amplifier. The actuator compensator compensates for a transfer characteristic of an actuator voltage.
