PURPOSE: A system for searching and providing information on the Internet is provided to increase the convenience of a user by enabling the user to easily search information, and by enabling the user to easily provide the information to other users. CONSTITUTION: A service provider(10) is composed of a network connection unit(11) for connecting the Internet(20), a server(12) and an operator terminal(13). The server(12) includes a service control unit(121), an information search processing unit(122), an information providing processing unit(123) and a database(124). The service control unit(121) controls operations. The information search processing unit(122) searches information based on a searching word and classifies the information according to determined standards. After that, the information search processing unit(122) registers and stores the information classified in the database(124). The database(124) stores information relevant to searching words classified according to the standards.
