PURPOSE: A signal processing apparatus for phase transition and attenuation for a multiple transmission line is provided, which can control phases and attenuation of a number of input signals by varying an electrical length of the whole transmission line by adjusting a dielectric constant. CONSTITUTION: A housing(100) is formed in a circular plate type, and a number of input connectors(111-118) are fixed to one side of the bottom of the housing and are applied with an external signal. A number of output connectors(121-128) are fixed to another side of the bottom of the housing and transmit the input signal to the external. A circular plate(131) is embedded in the housing and comprises an axis(130) receiving a rotation force from the external. A dielectric(140) is fixed to a stepped part of the circular plate and varies an electrical length of a transmission line. And a number of transmission lines(151a-154a,151b-154b) for transmitting signals inputted through the input connectors to the output connectors are formed on a printed circuit board(160) symmetrically each other.
